The game should be already patched - and so far, seems that way. However, inside the archive there's a folder "Translated files". If needed, just copy everything inside and then paste it inside the "Data" folder and voilà.

The game should be translated from Japanese to English, and so far it seems to be that way. However, there is a folder inside the archive called "Translated files". If necessary, just copy everything inside and then paste it into the "Data" folder (although maybe these are the original files of the Japanese version).
